I am an engineering leader with extensive experience building and scaling engineering organizations, driving innovation, and fostering high-performing teams. Skilled in navigating startup and enterprise environments, with a focus on delivering impactful technology solutions and cultivating talent.
At DoorDash, responsible for building the Data + AI Platform that the product teams and various business analytics functions use to make timely, insightful and intelligent decisions that optimize our business and product.
Via my stint at some pivotal silicon valley companies such as DoorDash, Uber, Netflix, AOL, Sun Microsystems and Netscape over a couple of decades, I have learned from failures, observed high stress, high performance culture, seen rapid growth and been part of pivotal business and technological phases. I enjoy sharing what I have learned with the wider community of technical professionals and in turn learning from all the collective experiences in this industry – which is why I am a very active member of the PlatoHQ community.
Outside of work I enjoy playing golf, karaoke sessions, endless streaming of all things deeply philosophical, and spending time outdoors with my family and friends. The cause I identify with is helping children with special needs – to ensure they have a good chance for success in this increasingly complex world.
